ebuild for Coy
Does this ebuild satisfy any dependencies for currently installed packages or another bug request for a new application? Gentoo policy is to add perl modules only when they fulfill a dependancy for an application in portage. I use Coy for applications personal to me. That policy seems to be a bit weird; it implies that Perl modules have no value of their own right. Who do I beat on to get that reworked? Please read http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/policy.xml#doc_chap2 and reopen if still valid. |
