Devfs dosen't set the joystick to any group nor change the permission so the
joystick is only accessible as root or group root, which is not a good idea at
all... My guess is: it should be root.games or at least root.joystick or 666...

Actual joystick: using the interact.o module from 2.4.21 (Hammerhead FX)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a joystick
2. configure it
3. "ls -al" the device or try to use the joystick as a user

Actual Results:  
joystick is only accessible as root

Expected Results:  
the joystick should be able to be accessed under some group other than root

kernel 2.4.21 with ck3 patch
