Bug 25091 – dev-java/sun-j2sdk-1.4.1-r1 needs grossly excessive space to install

emerge sun-j2sdk fails on "You need about 2.5Gb of disk space t compile this".

Since this is not an Open Source package, all the ebuild has to do is unpack it
and store it.  The package is 41.3Mb, and would unpack in about 85Mb.

Previous packages did not require this grossly overestimated space, nor does the
blackdown package that for some peculiar reason is considered by this ebuild to
be necessary for installing Sun Java.

Also a misspelling in the error message:

"* it seems you don't have that much, quiting, sorry!"

The word is "quitting", two t's and not one.

You misunderstand, this is a from-source package. If you want a binary package, use sun-jdk.

So it is.  The description fails to mention that, and besides, is:
"Sun's J2SE Development Kit, version 1.4.0"

but the ebuild is:
dev-java/sun-j2sdk-1.4.1-r1

So, all in all, quite the time waster, isn't it?

Fixed the typos on the ebuild, added a better description.
