Attempting to install kdeartwork-iconthemes for KDE4 gives a file collision error with files belonging to nuvola.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge nuvola
2. Emerge kdeartwork-iconthemes (I had tried 4.1.3)
Actual Results:  
Files collide when build attempts to merge

Expected Results:  
I guess we would either expect these packages to either block each other, or consider one to provide the other.

true for kde-base/kdeartwork-iconthemes-4.2.4 width USE="(-kdeprefix)"

Please somebody add to x11-themes/nuvola:

There's already block in kdeartwork-iconthemes ebuild.

done, without kdeprefix stuff since it's being killed.
