Attached patch is taken from fedora for fixing http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=555631 upstream bug causing crashes in banshee

We're probably better use the patch from the upstream commit:

Ran in to this problem myself. I don't see the segfaults after applying the upstream patch from CVS. It would be nice to see this in portage.
