acpitool 0.5 ebuild
Just updated the old ebuild, and remove the patches.
amd64: ebuild works OK Created attachment 193932 [details, diff] patch for gcc-4.3 it doesn't work for me on amd64 with gcc 4.3.3-r2 I had to apply this patch. It's subset of patch for acpitool-0.4.7 from bug 214171. please bump for new /sys interface compatibility Created attachment 201407 [details] bump upstreamed acpitool-0.5.1.ebuild acpitool-0.5.1 - 13-08-2008 * toshiba.cpp, freq.cpp: - add #include <string.h>: needed for gcc 4.3.1, reported by Erwan <erwan@seanodes.com>, Mandriva package maintainer. - merge various fixes provided by Sergei Trofimovich: removing limit on number of thermal zones, fixing memory leaks and adding asserts --- It's a critical update for me as it does not SIGSEGVs any more on my hp 2510p. Running on my amd64, build tested on x86. Please, consider it to put to portave. Thanks! May I ask to change topic '0.5' -> '0.5.1' as 0.5.1 upstream builds with newer GCC? Keywords:EBUILD May I help testing or doing smth. else to push that to portage tree or something is wrong with an ebuild/software? committed to cvs. thanks for the contribution. relocate your votes. kind regards Thilo |
