xft blocks xfree ... the older portages didnt detect 1 way blockers ... xft is part of xfree and having both on your system can cause issues `emerge -C xft` and move on :) welp xft has been part of xfree for awhile in some bastardized form or another,but sucked ass so bad that yall decided that an external package was neccessary, and have now reversed that position,fine, I can dig it, but I think its gonna be emerge -C xft && emerge xfree and move on once the files get stolen by the unmerge,no?:) You want a new bug on the perl? doesnt make since to kick out a revision that blocks a package in the default profile,no? the xft/xfree were merged sometime ago ... like i said, portage just never picked up the blocker ;) and no dont file a bug for the blocking perl things, same dilly as this ... the 3 perl modules have been incorporated into perl pkg_postinst message would help:) I looked at the changelog,said blocked but details is sketchy on the why,thanks |
