emerge dont fetch x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-177.82, complains about wrong size, which obviously is not the case

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge nvidia-drivers
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge tries to fetch it from all mirrors in my list, then from nvidia site, then it quits

Expected Results:  
driver installed

running gentoo-sources-2.6.27-r5, ACCEPT_KEYWORD=~amd64
