Im opening this bug to track the patches for some issues with Python-2.5* support for turkish locale. Im commiting a patch with a revision bump (dev-lang/python-2.5.2-r8)

Probably fixes wine-doors not starting in Turkish. See winedoors bug[1].

This patch breaks the tests in django 1.0.2. Also talking to some folks in #django-dev it appears that this patch may be considered broken.

We still carry a similar patch as the one attached here, so this should be fixed.
