This ebuild needs KEYWORDS, correct?  (Otherwise, without this fix, seahorse-plugins is masked on all archs but amd64?)

unless you tested it on all those arches, there is no point in assuming it'll work for them. Since it's not in tree either, I take this as a bump request and closing a dupe of bug #248780.
