The PHP 4.3.2-r2 ebuild seams to be trying to compile as if it is on a
cross-compiler on my system so it fails to build.  Below is the last few lines
including the failure.

checking for sys/ipc.h... yes
checking for fopencookie... yes
configure: error: can not run test program while cross compiling
