The new version of audit program should be added in portage. Also the "prelude" USE flag should be included.

Current portage contain an old version of audit program. 

Last version of audit program is 1.7.9 and portage contains version 1.7.3

The latest version in the tree is 1.7.4 and has been there since May 2008. :)

yes ... it is true ... but between 1.7.4 and 1.7.9 are a lot of bugfix, improvements and changes

I bumped the ebuild but didn't add the prelude support.

jer: the reason I hadn't put it in the tree yet, and this is a dupe of another bug where I wrote it already, was that the init script has to change for >=1.7.5

I'm going to put it in package.mask for now instead.

1.7.9 got in the tree a while ago anyway.
