Looking at the pages for gentoo-council, gentoo-dev and gentoo-project, there is no listed mail since last Friday [1], [2], [3].
Since I'm still getting the mails in my inbox, the mls box is still working and something must be broken between the mls and the archives boxes.

Umm, I think you need to refresh your display.
I see newer mails listed, esp on -dev.
If you force refresh and still don't get up to date stuff, give me a screenshot.
