The new index pages shouldn't list the languages in their native format.
This has several reasons. The first one is that the index page is maintained
by the language maintainer itself. It doesn't know how to place languages
in their native format.

The second one is that we can safely assume that users know their language
in English. If this isn't the case, they wouldn't even know where to find
the documentation for Gentoo. And if it is given to them from third parties,
they most likely will receive the index page for their language.

We are checking out if we can have www.gentoo.org/doc refer to the surfer
his language (by reading the Accepted-Language variable sent to the webserver).

"English French Dutch" for the English page, "Engels Frans Nederlands" for
the Dutch page, "Anglais Français Néerlandais" for the French page etc.
