I'm reporting this bug since repoman issued a warning about a file bigger than 20KiB.

Big files should be moved to mirrors, or otherwise stored outside the main cvs tree, since the cvs/rsync tree is downloaded by all users, whether they'll use your package or not.

if someone feels like moving to a patch tarball, then fine ... otherwise no.  it's more of a hassle than it's worth imo.
