A new version of sci-libs/suitesparse and some of its dependencies. These are the new versions:
sci-libs/suitesparse-3.2.0
sci-libs/ufconfig-3.2.0
sci-libs/cholmod-1.7.0
sci-libs/csparse-2.2.2
sci-libs/cxsparse-2.2.2

The same ebuilds for all of them work with the new versions, just upgrading the dependencies in suitesparse. There are some autoconfig patches, but they work in the new version too, so maybe we should remove the version number of the name of the patch and use the same for all versions. We can do this on the not-yet-upgraded packages of the suite as well.

Also, there are some packages in this suite that are only keyworded for x86 and amd64, while others, the ones that are optional dependencies of sci-mathematics/octave, are keyworded also for alpha, hppa, ppc, ppc64 and sparc. All of them probably work on all those archs, so they may be keyworded.

And finally, since some of these packages are needed stable for gcc-4.3 (becuase octave-3* must be stable for this), maybe we must stabilize some older versions.
