python people might need to confirm but iirc it shouldn't install it but use python_mod_optimize & friends in pkg_postinst for this

fixed in 0.1.10-r1. Upgrade now works.

0.1.10-r1 isnt in the tree and imo this should be fixed in stable ...

dev-libs/libgamin-0.1.10-r1 has been in tree for 1.5 months and is up for stabilization already. Stable it per bug 252350.

sorry, i was looking at gamin, not libgamin

the bug you quote is for 0.1.10, not 0.1.10-r1 which is why i'm whining ... people are stabilizing the former (not the latter) now and it's breaking stable systems
