Try kernel version 2.6.27.7. I think ndiswrapper will build now. I just successfully building ndiswrapper-1.53-r1 with 2.6.27.7. (I also updated to the latest kernel headers sys-kernel/linux-headers-2..6.27-r2, but supposedly these headers are only used when compiling libc.) Please attach the build log. |
While trying to install ndiswrapper it wouldn't recognize that I had the usb USE flag enabled and it won't compile and install. Kernel 2.6.26 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a terminal 2.sudo emerge ndiswrapper Actual Results: ndiswrapper gave an error and failed to compile and install Expected Results: It should have installed normally and been functioning.
