The new build.log.gz is attached. I compared the ebuild in sources.gentoo.org to the one I have and they're identical (except for the header), so I guess I'm synced. My apologies, I must have forgotten to actually commit my changes to cvs. They should be on the server now and be on our mirrors in an hour or so.
