Smartcard is a utility for reading and writing memory smart cards under Linux.
It should support all readers that can be accessed through a CT-API library
provided by towitoko. Currently, the only type of card supported is a simple
memory card.

Upstream homepage does not exist any more, also the GUI has been discontinued
according to Bug 29828.
