patch for skstream compilation with gcc-4,3
Patches the missing <cstring> I needed to get skstream compiled on amd64 with gcc-4.3.2.

ebuild which now applies the gcc-43 patch
Changes from previous ebuild version:
- (C) date bumped
- eutils inherited to get epatch
- src_unpack created in which the gcc43 patch gets applied
Only tested emerging on amd64. Emerged cleanly on two amd64 boxes with various ~amd64 packages.
Fixed in portage. Grazie |
