Configure crashes after it reaches certain point in configuration of unuran package.

It happens on 3 different computers, two of them are x86 architecture while the last one is amd64.

Hi

I can't reproduce it. Something weird in your setup, as shown by
"ln: vytvářím symbolický odkaz „include/cfortran.h“: není souborem ani adresářem"
and
"Trying to reconfigure because config.status has changed."
in your complete log.
 
Could you post the /var/tmp/portage/sci-physics/root-5.20.00-r1/work/root/config.log?

The problem seems to be when building rmkdepend, it does not link the exec rmkdepend created from cppsetup.o and others. This is probably due to either
a permission problems, or distcc.

Could you check with and without the user* and distcc features, and see if 
any *.o files get created in /var/tmp/portage/sci-physics/root*/work/root/build/rmkdepend/ ?

No answer after 6 month. Please re-open if you still encounter the same failure with recent root.
