nailer it's a lightweight thumbnailer that uses mplayer

I used the gnome2 eclass in the ebuild for the gconf stuff but I think nailer can be used without gnome too, simply ignoring the gconf schema.

I also wrote a little patch for the gconf schema to use nailer for video@x-flv mime type (the flash video file)
