The build of  sys-libs/slang-2.1.4 failed within emerge -uvD world.
The error looks exactly like within the Bug #210063

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -av1 slang (FAILED)
2.USE="-mimimal" emerge -av1 ncurses
3.emerge -av1 slang (FAILED)

Actual Results:  
[ebuild     U ] sys-libs/slang-2.1.4 [2.1.3-r1] USE="pcre png readline -cjk" 0 kB

I read the Bug #210063 and remerge ncurses with USE="-minimal".
