Emerged webalizer-2.01.10-r3. Emerge was normal. 

emerge instructs user to run ebuild config at the end of script. References the path:

ebuild /var/db/pkg/net-www/webalizer-2.01.10-r3/net-www/webalizer-2.01.10-r3.ebuild config

This should be:

ebuild /var/db/pkg/net-www/webalizer-2.01.10-r3/app-admin/webalizer-2.01.10-r3.ebuild config

instead.

This command line worked normally when app-admin replaces net-www.
