Bug 24424 – uninstall grub on installation of lilo

The install docs mentions that either grub or lilo should be installed. Next it
explains how to install lilo. IMHO it should be mentioned how to unmerge grub.
Maybe like this:
emerge lilo
emerge -C grub

grub isn't default installed, not with stage1, 2 or 3. So when you install lilo you don't have grub yet. And if you previously have installed grub, you should know that you *can* uninstall it (you don't need to though).

If you believe that grub was already installed because you issued "emerge -ep system", then you should know that grub will be part of "system" when you emerge it, but it isn't part of it default.

If you however are certain that grub was already installed when you used stage1, 2 or 3, reopen this bug please.

Sorry, i forgot to mention that i was talking about stage3. As normal user i 
cannot reopen this bug, but i hope that it someone reads it . I would say, that 
grub is included in the state archiv, see below.
