Bug 243842 – sys-apps/baselayout-1.12.11.1 dynamic bridging not activating when not ALL bridged interfaces are up

In the manual it's written:
# To add ports to bridge br0
#bridge_br0="eth0 eth1"
# or dynamically add them when the interface comes up
#bridge_add_eth0="br0"
#bridge_add_eth1="br0"

I choose the second methid (dynamic bridging) as below

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
in /etc/conf.d/net:

config_eth0=( "null" )
config_eth1=( "null")
config_br0=( "dhcp" )
bridge_add_eth0="br0"
bridge_add_eth1="br0"
Actual Results:  
When eth1 is not up at boot time, net.br0 won't activate (showing [starting] in rc-status) and services depending on net.br0 will not be started. restarting of net.br0 destroys the bridge utterly

Expected Results:  
net.br0 activates when one if comes online. Othern configured interface joins up dynamically

Please upgrade your system to openrc/baselayout-2.

If this issue still exists after you upgrade, please re-open this bug
