compilation of media-gfx/imgseek-0.8.6-r1 ~amd64 dies while checking for PyQT

Could not import the PyQt library. Please install it.
The source for PyQt can be found at: http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk. You should first try installing it from your distribution package system. (PyQT package)

I have installed PyQT versions 3.17.4 and 4.3.3

1.emerge imgseek

installing again dev-python/PyQt-3.17.4 fix it :-/

You probably failed to run python-updater.

Federico, could you please let us know whether you can recreate this problem and if so can you provide the output from running "emerge --info" and also ?

I'm going to mark this as NEEDINFO until you get back to us.  If you can recreate the issue, please reopen it and let us know.  If you can't recreate the problem, then it's probably not worthwhile opening it again...
