Bug 24353 – Pam broken on clean install

I've started a clean install using the ARCH="~x86". It currently
stops compiling after checking to see if the modules were build 
when it checks for pam_pwdb. If I go into the pam_pwdb module
directory and run make it throws a 'This module will not be compiled'
error. I've checked bugzilla but the one simmilar error sugests emergeing
sys-libs/pwdb, but its already on my system at the version they specify
(0.61-r4).

PS: I've have tried this with and without the -fstack-protector flag,
there is still breakage.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot live cd
2. unpack stage2 tarball
3. chroot into tarball
4. emerge sync
5. emerge system
Actual Results:  
Stops at compiling pam with the error:
* Checking if all modules were built...
* ERROR: pam_pwdb module did not build.

Expected Results:  
Compiles pam

!!! No gcc found. You probably need to 'source /etc/profile' to update
!!! the environment of this terminal and possibly other terminals also.

Oops, my bad. 

It is a problem with pro police. Method told me 
sys-libs/pwdb has a problem being compile with
pro police, and it's being looked into.

yeah this is a dupe of another bug, sorry i cant recall which atm but we're aware, thanks...
