Nice little addition to a nice little program... 
 
Note that I include a patch that both adds STLport support (because I don't know where else to 
find an stl), and fixes a slight autoconf bug. I didn't bother to rename the patch file, but will if 
asked... 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge media-video/dvtitlerplug 
2. 
3. 
Actual Results:  
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "media-video/dvtitlerplug" 

Expected Results:  
emerged it

Your ebuild doesn't install on my system (error message below), so I cannot
test it.

Unless you give me a working ebuild, I cannot add it to the tree.
