Description Peter GAAL 2008-10-18 13:38:16 UTC
Resynthesizer is a GIMP plug-in with many uses:

- Generating a more of a texture

Given a sample of a particular texture, produce a larger version of that
    texture.

- Making tilable images

Given a sample of a particular texture, produce a tilable version of that
    texture.

- Removing unwanted features from an image

If there is some unwanted feature in an image (such as a discoloration or a
political ally who has fallen out of public favour), Resynthesizer can
remove it by extending the surrounding texture over the top of it.

- Applying themes to images

Given a sample texture (for example watercolor brushstrokes), another image
can be given that texture while retaining its overall structure. This
might be used to make an image look as if it had been painted. This
feature acts somewhat like a generic effects plug-in. Given a sample of an
effect, that effect can be applied to an image.

Shouldn't it be the other way round? This ebuild relates to the newest version of the package; I've just made up a new bug because I had been told that 1 bug = 1 ebuild.

No, first bug takes priority, until developer, working on the issue, decides differently. The reason is that in case somebody wishs to add something new to the bug all people interested and currently subscribed to the bug will get the confirmation. Also this preserves history of the bug in one place. So please, do not reopen this bug and if you have to add something do it to bug 126220.

One bug - one issue. And since issue here is package does not exists in the tree, please, work on existing bug instead of creating new bugs for the same issue. Thanks.

Also guys, read suggestion in comment #12 there.

Francisco,

Could you please post "10_nonconst_str_literal.dpatch"? Or even better, could you post both the patch and the ebuild to bug 126220 since that one is open?

Thanks!
