Works perfectly for me on amd64! Two problems with using SRC_URI arrows here: 1 - When Adobe releases the next version in the 10- series (which you know they will as they have a steady stream of oustanding security bugs at all points in time), suddenly downloading the same .tar.gz (no matter what it's renamed locally) will fail all integrity checks. Sadly, going back to the RPM-based ebuild will solve this problem perfectly at the cost of one extra dep. 2 - To stabilize the package I'd have to wait until the appropriate EAPI-2-supporting portage version goes stable. Due to some outstanding security problems with the current 9.x version of flash player, I do want to stabilize version 10 ASAP. *** Bug 242222 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Okay, I've added net-www/netscape-flash-10.0.12.36 Enjoy! *** Bug 242282 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
