The way winex/winex-cvs are organised now is as follows: 
Winex are live cvs ebuilds, which get the winex cvs branch, corresponding to the
ebuild version. 
Winex-cvs contains a set of snapshots made from cvs from time to time.

This system does not make much sense and the proposal was made to change it:
Winex-CVS should be a live snapshot downloading the latest version from HEAD
brach of cvs, which winex should be getting the snapshot corresponding to the
ebuild version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check winex-cvs ebuild.


Actual Results:  
See that it is dowlnloading from cvs the version X branch.

Expected Results:  
Expect it to be downloading the latest cvs from HEAD brach.

While we were planing to do it, the request cam from Transgaming to remove winex and winex-cvs packages.
