I've set up a new rsync mirror at 24.226.1.205 (less.cogeco.net) in the hopes 
it can become an official mirror server. It lives on a 100Mbit/sec ethernet 
connection to our coreswitch so bandwidth is not a concern. We want to add it 
because some of our customers have requested it. Please get back to me, thanks,

Unfortunately we have a problem:

zsh/scr, potato  3:50PM piglet/ % rsync less.cogeco.net::
rsync: failed to connect to less.cogeco.net: Connection refused
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(83)
zsh: exit 10    rsync less.cogeco.net::

I've decided not to make it a gentoo mirror. It's already mirroring kernel.org, Debian and Redhat.....the addition of an rsync server under testing brought the load up to much for my liking. Sorry.
