Once, the cdr use flag was used by kdemultimedia for compiling koncd, 
now it's used for compiling kaudiocreator that is not a cd recording app 
(it rips tracks into mp3s). 
 
So I suggest to: 
- remove cdr from IUSE 
- remove optional deps for cdrtools and cdrdao 
- remove the part that sets KDE_REMOVE_DIR (which is duplicated, BTW) 
- correct the cdr description in use.desc 
 
- maybe rethink the cdr use flag? (I think it'used only by dvdrip)

Ok, point 2 is gone, still we have 1 and 4 and we got to remove

use cdr         || DO_NOT_COMPILE="$DO_NOT_COMPILE kaudiocreator"

from the ebuild.
