In kde-4.2.1 there isn'to some icons (for example kopete, kmail, kcalk and another part of kde) in menu and system tray

This is caused if you used our overlay wery long ago. You have to do:

emerge -1 kdebase-data && emerge -1 hicolor-icon-theme kdebase-data
