Pretty self explanatory I'd guess.  It comes with a console-based executable and
a library for use by various applications (like abiword's ots plugin).
Ebuild attached.

GPL-2, not LGPL-2

Also note: Have not checked for file/path conflicts with the compaq libots or
the corba ots (not in portage).  Don't expect any but it couldn't hurt to
check.
