sys-libs/timezone-data-2008g fails to emerge because the source URI-s do not exist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -aDu world
Actual Results:  
# emerge -aDu world

For me it worked with GENTOO_MIRRORS="http://mirrors.sec.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de/gentoo/ " . Maybe it took a while until the file got distributed to the mirrors.
