mozilla-1.4 ebuild attempts to download ipc-1.0.3 - file does not exist

I changed the IPCVER="1.0.3" to "1.0.2" after looking at the files on Mozilla's
server and seeing no 1.0.3 - only a 1.0.2.

ebuild is now compiling on my ststem at the moment.

hopefullyit will build correctly.

When trying to emerge mozilla-1.4:
USE="ldap mozsvg mozcalendar mozaccess mozinterfaceinfo mozp3p mozxmlterm" emerge /usr/portage/net-www/mozilla/mozilla-1.4.ebuild

added ipc-1.0.3 to distfiles-local (should be on gentoo-mirrors asap) and fixed digest
