Hi,

VCDKompanion is a frontend to some tools (vcdimager, cdrdao) to make VCDs under
Linux.
VCDKompanion is a GUI for Authoring VCDs
Features so far are:

Support for VCD, VCD2 and SVCD
Support for PAL-System only (NTSC is planned, but needs testers)
Support for Segment-Items (Stills) and Sequence-Items (Movies)
Interface for generating entrypoints (Chapters) to sequence-items
Integrated MPEG-still-converter to convert JPG-images to MPEG-stills
Integrated mediaplayer for video-preview and setting correct chapter points
Automatic generation of playback-control (PBC) based on default suggestions (can
be modified by User to get more sophisticated ineractivity)
Automatic generation of XML-file (can be modified by user)
Generation of .cue and .bin files based on XML-file
Simple VCD-burning feature (incl. blanking of CDRW for Test-CD)

I suggest media-video/vcdkompanion,this ebuild depend on Qt and Kde
previously submitted

It was a request for ralph, not for vapier, but here we go:
It is very easy, add this line:
inherit kde

and this one:
need-kde 3.1

and remove the src_compile and src_install functions

And attach the ebuilds as text/plain, not as octet-stream
