works fine for me with automake 1.7.2 - maybe a DEPEND change is needed? it's a mystery to me why it tries to use automake in the first place. What is the exact version of automake on your system ? I'm running automake-1.7.5, which is marked ~x86 at the moment. hmm, looking at the makefiles, it should only run automake if ${S}/Makefile.in is missing.
...or if the deps are newer, which must be the case here. Personally I'd suggest simply running "aclocal" at the toplevel directory at the start of the build. Following that, it builds find with automake-1.7.5 I had the same problem, just wanted to confirm Arons fix. i just finally added 2.1.3 , see if that shows the same problem. I'm actually thinking of masking out all 2.1 versions, it was a mistake to add them. They have been too buggy. Same problem in 2.1.3. Why not just add aclocal to the ebuild as I suggested in comment #5? cause i have no idea why it does that and can't reproduce it, so i thought we could just check if 2.1.3 fixes this odd behaviour. nevermind, looks like the aclocal fix isn't working with gthumb-2.1.3 anyway, as far as I can tell *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 25729 *** |
