kopete-4 ships it's own OTR. As a result, it collides with the external Plugin. kopete-4 should be blocking kopete-otr

But kopete is slotted, kopete-otr is only used by kopete-3.X, so it should be possible to run either kopete-4.X under kde-4 (with built in otr support) or kopete-3.X under kde-3 (with separate kopete-otr).

Fixed by eclass update where kde3 apps were moved to /usr/kde/3.5/...
