the qmeu/e1000 emulation in xen 3.3.0 is broken. Attached is a patch (collected from the net and adopted to gentoo) which solves the problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install W2008 in a HVM domain
2. Use the network, benchmark for example with netio
