yes, there is no maintainer atm. http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo-perl/g-cpan/ I got bored and decided to hack up g-cpan for my own nefarious purposes before i found this bug report. Anybody interested http://git.fox.geek.nz/kentexperimental/app-portage/g-cpan/ might be helpful. I've added some debug info into the comments at the stop of the ebuild for editor helpfulness and switched in $Id$ for git repository tracking. Some of the code structures I found while modifying it annoyed me a little so changed those too. There are still some perl fails in it, but it works-for-me atm ( perl5.10 ) Should be fixed in g-cpan r226, will be released soon. |
