ebuild tries to fetch http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/C/CA/CAPTTOFU//DBD-mysql-4.00.8.tar.gz,
but the tarball is actually
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/C/CA/CAPTTOFU//DBD-mysql-4.008.tar.gz

This should only be a temporary problem.
After you've resync'ed the tree it should work.

If it works, please resolve the bug. Thanks.
