I'd like to remove some features for glsa-2.dtd that we neither currently use, nor can use: They are not supported by either glsamaker nor glsa-check.

So, for the new DTD I propose removal of:
* the name attribute of the unaffected tag
* the type attribute of the product tag, it should always default to ebuild
* the service tag

I'll attach patches to the glsa.dtd to clarify.
