A new version of vmware-workstation (6.5) and new version of vmware-server (2.0) have been released. This release supports such cool features, as direct support for 3D!

There are already two open bugs available for these products and their betas:

Workstation 6.5 - Bug 232230
Server 2.0 - Bug 199514

Also note that vmware have taken to completely repackaging both of these products in different ways, and these will be some time in coming to the main tree...
