On AMD64, someone recently changed the build to use x86emu as a forced architecture flag requiring a rebuild however the build continually fails unless MAKEOPTS is set to -j1 in /etc/make.conf

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a SMP system (Quad-core)
2. Set /etc/make.conf MAKEOPTS='-j5'
3. USE="x86emu" emerge v86d

Actual Results:

This should now be fixed in CVS.
