kde-base/nsplugins-3.5.9 fails to emerge, looking for glib.h which is missing, should probably make nsplugin depend on the glib package.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge kdebase-meta without installing glib before hand.

This has been fixed in nsplugins-3.5.10.
We should be asking for 3.5.10 to be marked stable soon, so I'm going to close this as later.
