Missing files in the ebuild. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mediawiki
2. webapp-config -I -h yourhost mediawiki 1.13.0
3. run http://yourhost/config/
4. Enter db-info and press install
Actual Results:
